Check whether a website is licensed
Enter a web address and the Authority will tell you what it holds on record. This answer comes from the Authority's own register, not from anything the website says about itself.
How the seal works
A licensed operator displays a seal issued by the Authority. Clicking it brings you here, to an address you can confirm in your browser's address bar. The seal is bound to one specific web address: a seal copied onto a different site will not verify, however similar the name.
Every check is answered live. If the Authority suspends or revokes a licence, the change appears here within seconds — the operator cannot delay it or hide it.
